Pagan Life Rites Clergy Bio for Anna Ní Cút, Westmeath.
Originally from Wexford, Anna Ní Cút has the sea in her soul, but has been living in the Midlands, the HEART of Ireland, for many years now.
Reverend Anna (FOI) is an ordained Irish Priest, a registered marriage Solemniser, and a life Celebrant. She serves as a Clergy member with Pagan Life Rites Ireland. She is also a Holistic Counsellor and a Therapist/Practitioner/Teacher specialising in traditional Irish and Celtic ‘Healing Art’ practices, with almost 15 years of expertise in her fields. Additionally, she is a Bard member of The Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids.
Working closely with you, she designs custom-written, beautifully tailored ceremonies to make your special day an unforgettable, joyous, and sacred experience – one that you, your family, and friends will all celebrate, cherish, and treasure.
Anna offers a wide range of services and ceremonies, including; traditional handfastings, legal weddings, baby naming and welcoming ceremonies, funerals, memorials, greening ceremonies, and coming-of-age rituals. These ceremonies are available to everyone, regardless of race, sexual orientation, gender, or religious practice, although they are rooted in nature/earth-based and Irish spiritual traditions.
Handfastings and marriages can be legal, ceremonial or simple blessings. Indoors or outdoors.
YOUR day, YOUR way!
Anna believes that the best way to achieve transformation, healing, wisdom, and balance is by reconnecting with and restoring our bonds to nature, our wider communities, the earth, and spirit – but most importantly, with one another and with ourselves.
She isn’t fond of cooking or disorganisation, but she embraces the inevitability of cleaning and doing washing. What she truly loves, though, is getting lost on adventures in the woods or on the beach with her dog, living outdoors whenever possible, smelling of campfire smoke, drinking coffee, and occasionally writing self indulgent poetry! Most importantly, she cherishes spending time with family and friends, and being a mother to her wonderful daughter.
Since 2010, Anna has co-run Éigse Spiorad Cheilteach, a small outdoor festival and gathering for those interested in experiencing and learning more about Irish and Celtic nature-based spirituality.
